Certification Courses On-line Training

Classroom Training is Divided Into Three Areas.

(1) Certification Courses - (2) OSHA Training Institute (OTI) - (3) Awareness

(All classes listed can be taught with a spanish speaking instructor and/or interpreter)

The following hands-on Operator Training is usually held at your location or a specific jobsite
where the equipment is being used or is located.

Aerial Lifts Course (4 Hours)
(OSHA Standard 1926.453)

Course Description: Demonstrates proper safety procedures in the use of aerial lift equipment, including the proper protocols for body harness applications and covers the importance of routine equipment inspection. Upon successful completion participants will receive an Aerial Lift User’s Certification Card.

Defensive Driving Course (4 Hours)
(Coaching the Experienced Driver II)

Course Description: Experienced drivers in this course will participate in a multi-media training program designed to enhance driver knowledge, review driving skills, analyze “real world” driving situations and identify potential hazards.
Upon successful completion participants will receive a Safe Driver’s Certificate.

Forklift Operator Training Course (Rough Terrain Forklift – RTFL) (4 Hours)
(OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.178)

Course Description: Powered industrial trucks to include forklifts, tractors, platform lift trucks, motorized hand trucks, and other specialized industrial trucks powered by electric motors or internal combustion engines may only be used by trained authorized operators. Upon successful completion participants will receive an RTFL Operator’s Certification Card.

Retraining is required when there is a near-miss, the operator is involved in an accident, when the operator receives an inadequate evaluation or when a new piece of equipment is introduced into the work environment.

Scissor Lift Course (4 Hours)
(OSHA Standard 1926.452)

Course Description: This class is designed for employees who operate scissor lifts. The training gives your employees hands-on experience on the specific lifts requested while making participants aware of other types of lifts. Upon successful completion participants will receive a Scissor Lift User’s Certification Card.

Skid Steer Loader Course (Bobcat)(4 Hours)

Course Description: This class is designed for employees who may use a Skid Steer Loader. The training gives employees hands-on experience on the specific loader requested while making participants aware of other types of loaders. Upon successful completion participants will receive a Skid Steer Loader User’s Certification Card.
